Foundation or Advanced — what's the difference?

Both tracks use the same panels, the same lab standards and the same clinical review. The difference is depth, frequency and who they're built for. Here's a full breakdown to help you choose.

The two tracks

Two starting points, one standard of care

Neither track is "better" — they're built for different stages and different levels of commitment. Most people start with Foundation and move to Advanced when their goals get more specific.

Foundation

For getting started

A simple, flexible entry point — see where you stand with a single scan, get the complete picture with a Baseline Audit, or track progress over time with an ongoing Optimisation membership.

  • Body Scan, Baseline Audit, or monthly Optimisation
  • Core blood panel, body composition, lifestyle review
  • One consultation to explain your results
  • No long-term commitment required to begin
Advanced

For serious training goals

Three deeper packages — Essential, Performance and Elite — layering in cardiovascular imaging, VO2 max, lactate threshold testing and genetic panels for people training with real intent.

  • Essential, Performance or Elite packages
  • Extended panels, imaging and performance testing
  • Retesting built into the package cadence
  • Priority scheduling and a dedicated care coordinator (Elite)

How to decide

A few honest guidelines, based on what we see most often.

Choose Foundation if...

You're new to testing, want a general read on your health, are curious rather than training for something specific, or want to start small before committing to more. A Baseline Audit gives you everything you need to make an informed next decision — including whether Advanced is right for you.

Choose Advanced if...

You're training for a specific goal — an event, a physique target, or performance at a competitive level — and want cardiovascular, metabolic and genetic data most testing never covers. Advanced also suits anyone who wants retesting and progress tracking built in from day one, rather than added on later.

Still not sure?

Start with a Baseline Audit. Upgrade any time.

Most clients start with Foundation and move to Advanced once they know their numbers — there's no wrong place to begin.
